Meziere Big Block Ford 12V Electric Water Pump BLUE

WP108P pump and spacer and inlet fitting

I bought this new, unpacked it, installed the inlet fitting, changed project direction, and then the company would not take it back (because the inlet fitting was installed).

The pump was not installed.  It is brand new, and includes the spacer that sells for $50.00 separately, and the inlet.

This water pump model features:

  • Fits big block Ford
  • Suitable for street or drag strip use – 2500+ hour life expectancy
  • Show quality blue anodized finish
  • Standard motor provides 35 gallons per minute free flow rating
  • All stainless steel hardware included
  • Light weight. Complete standard big block Ford unit weighs only 5-½ pounds!
  • Stainless steel large diameter main shaft with high performance ceramic seal
  • Pump will clear cam belt drives and most blower drives
  • 1" NPT inlet adapters are available for #12AN, #16AN, #20AN, 1¼", 1½" or 1¾" slip hose

Technical Specifications:

  • Belt Drives: Standard BBF design will clear Jessel belt drives and comparable belt drive systems.
  • Distributer Belt Drives: Spacers will be necessary to clear belt drive distributor systems.
  • Finishing The System: This pump is supplied complete with gaskets and hardware but without the inlet fitting. The fitting needs to be ordered according to the size of the lower radiator hose.
  • Amperage draw: Under normal use the pump will draw 6-7 amps.
  • Overall Height Dimension: The standard pump is 6.10" long from the mounting surface to the tip of the pump.
  • Pump Weight: This application weighs 5.5 lbs.

A brief history of the 'Le Mans-style' start

Wed, 09 Jun 2010

The famous ‘Le Mans start’ Since the race’s inaugural meeting in 1923, tradition dictated a standing start. This later became known as a ‘Le Mans start’, and involved drivers lining their cars up along the pit wall in the order they qualified in. Racers would then have to stand on the opposite side of the track, and when the French Tricolor flag dropped the drivers would have to sprint to their cars, strap themselves in and begin racing.

Top Gear Tonight: Burma Road Trip part 2

Sun, 16 Mar 2014

Top Gear continues its Road Trip across Burma tonight In best Top Gear tradition, series 21 ended up just five episodes long, with last weeks episode being the first part of the Top Gear Christmas Special road trip through Burma. Tonight’s Top Gear – which you can think of as episode 7 of series 21 – is part two of the much delayed 2013 Christmas Special with the boys picking up where they left off last week, heading through Burma on the way to Thailand and the River Kwai. Having got to grips with their less than cutting edge lorries and suffered the Burmese equivalent of truckers’ overnight truck stops, Clarkson, May and Hammond are now heading further in to uncharted territory – certainly for Western Media – as they head towards Thailand and the River Kwai.

Chevrolet Spark subcompact goes teen idol, but 'dubs' not standard

Thu, 28 Jun 2012

If ever there was a car built for 16-year-olds, the 2013 Chevy Spark is it. It comes standard with a team of electronic nannies, more infotainment than Saturday-morning television and a length that's a full three feet shorter than the Cruze and one foot shorter than the diminutive Honda Fit. “We listened to what young people said they wanted in a car.
