We do not charge any packing or handling charges unless noted and then only on items requiring special packing or oversized items.

Insurance is an option on all domestic shipments. We accept no responsibility for damage or delivery failure once delivered to post office. Delivery confirmation is included in shipping charges but this simply is a postal tracking system and should the item go astray, does not mean it the post office will replace it, just that they will attempt to find it.
