MG MGA Splined Half Shafts, Differential Gears & Wire Wheel Hubs.

Recently removed from my car having broken a Spider Gear, moving slowly, in Reverse.

Axle has now been fixed & these items are now surplus. ORIGINAL !! (Not made of inferior materials who knows where !!!)

The halfshafts are x25 Spline Units at the Wire Wheel Hub. (Some MGA Wire Wheel Axles are fitted with x26 Spline units)

You have all the equipment here to convert your car as required to a wire wheel rear end though the Wire Wheel Hubs are Worn and should be replaced. We have tried removing one of the wire wheel hubs but it requires a stronger mechanical Press than we had. You will need a Stout Press to remove these Splined, Pressed on Hubs.

These components bought via Moss Motors or elsewhere will set you back... A lot !!

These are to be sold "As is". Local inspection/Pick Up in Mission Viejo, Southern California is welcome.

I cannot quote shipping at this time, they'll need packaging and quoting before I can get an idea.

Porsche approves the Cajun, a junior 4x4

Mon, 29 Nov 2010

Porsche's supervisory board today confirmed it would build the Cajun, a junior SUV to slot beneath the Cayenne in its range. The announcement from Stuttgart confirmed the 'working name' Cajun and said the new model would increase growth. Critics will surely say that the Cajun represents yet another move away from Porsche's sports car roots, but don't forget the effect that Cayenne sales have had on the company's balance sheets.

This is the Morgan Eva GT, a brand new sports car that the Malvern-based manufacturer will start building in 2012. Unveiled at the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the Eva GT is built around a variation of the aluminium chassis used in the Aero Supersports and is powered by a twin-turbo BMW straight six. Not at all, as Morgan is already taking £5000 deposits and offering up all the information it has to encourage potential customers to put an order in.
