Condition:Used

MG MGB used A/C system less compressor, hardware and brackets. I'm selling the evaporator assembly, some ductwork, two vent assemblies and the blower/temperature controls. I pulled this system from a 1979 MGB parts car in a salvage yard in Atlanta several years ago. The car had been rear ended. I elected not to get the big compressor in favor for a more modern much smaller Sandon style compressor set-up further up the road. These are available from A/C suppliers in Florida and Texas and you will have to talk with someone in the MG club to get specifics. I went a different direction and sold the car without adding this system. So again, this sale does not include a compressor, bracket or hardware...just what is pictured. There is no manufacturer sticker or information that I could see, but from my experience usually from Texas or Florida.

Sold in as-is condition. No warranty or returns.

Postage, packing and handling will be $30 east of the Mississippi and $45 west of it. Box will be heavy.

General Motors and NASA have teamed up to develop Robonaut 2, which will be the first humanlike robot to take up permanent residence on the International Space Station. Known as R2, the 300-pound robot will use its “hands” and “arms” to utilize the tools of the station. It will assist astronauts, which GM says has parallels with helping its workers in factories.

The McLaren P1 supercar has been spotted out testing in Diss in Norfolk making a visit to a McLaren supplier. We got the public reveal of the McLaren P1 – the spiritual successor to the iconic McLaren F1 – at the Paris Motor Show in September, and the McLaren boys told us the car was 95 per cent of how the final P1 would look. Which seems to be borne out by these spy photos of the P1.
