Condition:Used

I am parting out a 1950 MG TD.This is the convertible 3 bow top frame and probably the original canvas top for this car.  . The frame is in very nice original  shape.Hs some thick surface rust here and there from sitting in storage for decades. It will clean up prep for pait easily. The frame opens and closes smoothly and there are no breaks, bends or other issues. Which can not be said for the top itself. Stiff, old, dried out and has a few tears. But it has the snaps, fasteners and other hardware needed for a new top. Header bar seems solid and has both wingnut clamps. . Will not take much to prep ,paint and install this frame and put a new top on it.    These old original parts are getting harder and harder to find. Especially as nice as this one is.  Get this for now or down the road.

This is our first photo of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz SL400 luxury roadster, a model that effectively replaces the SL350 as part of a series of subtle changes brought to the SL lineup. The move aims to goose sales of the luxury roadster two years after it first hit showrooms. The SL400 is powered by Mercedes-Benz's twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 direct-injection gasoline engine unveiled in the E400 early last year.

Toll road plans 'to be scrapped'

Tue, 03 Dec 2013

CONTROVERSIAL plans to create the UK's first toll road for a decade are to be dropped, it was reported. Improvements to the A14 will instead be paid for by the Government, the Financial Times said. The proposed toll is part of a scheme to widen and improve a heavily congested 25-mile stretch in East Anglia which carries traffic from the port of Felixstowe to the Midlands.
