The ARNOLT label is a finishing touch to any restoration and I have a reproduction label made for my heater restorations. These are in the original color, printed on an adhesive backed sticker for ease of application and have 3M clear film for weather resistance and long term wear. My printer ran a few extra and I offer these for sale to the home restorer. These labels fit into the recess on the front of the ARNOLT heater. It will fit both styles of heater faces, the cast one with a curved bottom and the stamped one that is more rectangular. Both are illustrated in the above photos. Mailing is free in the buy it now price. If any other ARNOLT parts including mounting brackets, bypass fittings, blanking plugs, etc are needed, please contact me for availability. Who's where: Luc Donckerwolke named Design Director at Bentley
Thu, 13 Sep 2012Luc Donckerwolke has been named Design Director of Bentley in the latest round of moves within the Volkswagen group, replacing Dirk van Braeckel. Donckerwolke moves from Head of VW Advanced Design, a post he has held for little over a year. He is perhaps most renowned for his work at Lamborghini, overseeing the designs of both the Gallardo and Murcielago – two of the most successful and enduring Lamborghinis ever – during his time in Sant'Agata.
US distracted driving fatalities top 3,300

Tue, 14 Oct 2014This Volvo S60 D4 has the new Drive-E engine Most of the Volvo news of late has been about the new XC90, and Volvo’s new range of engines – the Drive-E range – which look to offer improved economy and emissions with better performance and more flexibility. It’s a bit early to get our hands on the new XC90, but Volvo has sent us the S60 D4 SE Nav with the new 181 PS Drive-E engine to judge for ourselves just how big an improvement the new D4 Drive-E engine is over the old D4. Of course, the 2014 S60 may get the all-news Drive-E engine, but it is still a five year old design and runs on a platform that came from Ford in the first place, so although we get a good idea of what the new engines mean for Volvo going forward, the basics of the S60 are far from new.
