Nissan GT-R Nismo confirmed as Nissan opens new Nismo HQ
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Nissan has opened a new Nismo HQ in Yokohama and confirmed that there will be a Nissan GT-R Nismo flagship performance car built. So far, we’ve had the Nissan Juke Nismo arrive and the Nissan 370Z Nismo turned up recently too as a production model for the UK and Europe – and we’ve even had a concept of a LEAF Nismo – so we know Nissan are serious about offering Nismo versions even on their least sporty models. But the one car that really doesn’t need a Nismo version is the GT-R, yet to have a range of performance cars under the Nismo banner without having the mighty GT-R at the top of that range would seem odd.
BMW M3 Competition Package – UK details

We’ve had changes for 2010 to the 3 Series Coupe and Convertible and last month we reported that there was going to be a BMW M3 Competition Package on offer very soon. We have a big soft spot for the wondrous creations of Christian von Koenigsegg, and the latest versions of the Agera and Agera R bring even more to the party than before. We had the chance to get up close with the Koenigsegg Agera at Goodwood this summer (well, Claire did – thanks, Tom) and were enormously impressed at the levels of craftsmanship and quality a minnow of a car maker like Koenigsegg manages to achieve.
