Based on the Alfa Romeo 166 platform, and derived from the 2009 concept X-power, the production SUV was be unveiled at this year's Guangzhou motor show. Potholes claims rise by 750%

CLAIMS for damage to cars have risen by as much as 750% due to the poor state of the UK’s roads after the winter’s floods. One council has reported an increase in claims from motorists whose cars have suffered broken suspension and steering. Somerset Council said it has experienced a 750% rise in claims for the period from January to February 2014 compared to the same period the previous year.

That’s a rise of 1% compared to 2012, while the report by TomTom also found that 10 of the UK’s biggest cities now have more congestion than they did 12 months ago.
