This is a used but in great condition boat prop made by the Michigan Wheel Co. The prop is marked SMC 645 and has a couple of dings and scratches on the blades but is in generally good shape, see photos for condition. Prop is aluminum with brass hub in the center. Comes in original box which has some condition issues, again, see photos. I contacted the Michigan Wheel Co. and they say this prop fits the following motors: 1955-1957 30-33HP Scott-Attwater, 1956-1959 30-38HP Firestone, Corsair, and Hiawatha engines.

Ford spotlighted an improved 6.7-liter Power Stroke V-8 turbodiesel as it introduced its 2015 F-Series Super Duty lineup at the Texas State Fair in Dallas. Among the vehicles Ford showed: -- An updated version of the Super Duty King Ranch edition with a Texas theme. -- A freshened version of the F-450 Super Duty with a beefed up frame, suspension and commercial-grade 19.5-inch wheels and tires.

Chevrolet Volt chief leaves GM

A key driver of the Chevrolet Volt project is defecting to start his own consulting firm, according to published reports. Volt chief Bob Kruse, 50, has left General Motors. He's been replaced by GM engineering veteran Micky Bly, who has also been involved with development of the Volt.

This is a big week for spy shots, and apparently a friend of a friend of a “friend” snapped this little ditty of what could be the motor of the next Z06, or ZR1. Corvette Online nabbed the shot of a supercharged LT1-looking V8 mill; they cite the injector cover shape and the throttle body. The site also noted the twin-rotor supercharger with an LSA/LS9-style pulley on the front.
