Its a SPECIAL Aircraft MICRO SWITCH magnetic  Toggle switch 

This switch gets 28V DC power--as long as it connected to the power, it works as regular on-off toggle switch.

At the moment the power is off, the switch turns off.

 

This special switch is excellent for a real simulator it preform as follow:

If you want to get as close as possible to a real combat flight experience you should install this kind of switches.
