Description is = this is a used carburetor float from a mikuni carburetor off of a yamaha ttr 125. It does have discoloration (yellow) not new white color. It does not appear to have any cracks or holes. When removed from a working carburetor, it did not have any fuel inside the float. I rebuilt my carburetor, and the rebuild kit came with a new float. NHTSA probing coolant leak in Porsche 911?
Tue, 30 Apr 2013In another embarrassing failure to understand what they're supposed to be regulating, the NHTSA has announced that they are investigating a “coolant leak” in Porsche 911s that were built with the GT1 engine block between 2001 and 2007. Maybe when they said coolant, they were talking about the oil that circulates in a 911 to keep the engine cool? Next thing you know, they'll be checking out fuel pumps on the Tesla Model S!
GM's Henderson says no decision yet on bankruptcy
Fri, 17 Apr 2009General Motors CEO Fritz Henderson said today the company has not decided whether to file for bankruptcy protection, but that preparations continue in case such an action is necessary. "We have until June 1, and if we can't do it between now and June 1 then we do it in bankruptcy," Henderson said during a morning teleconference with journalists. Still in his first month at the helm after the March 30 departure of CEO Rick Wagoner, Henderson said he wasn't sure who would make the decision.
