The Mile Marker Waterproof SEC8 8,000 lbs. 12 volt electric winch is the lightest 8,000 pound winch in the industry. Weighing only 83 pounds, the SEC8 packs heavy duty power in its compact design. It features compact dimensions and 25 percent less weight than other winches in its class.
The SEC8 mounts easily and is a great choice for full size trucks that are looking for big winch power without adding big winch weight to the vehicle’s front end.
The submersible solenoid box can be mounted either over the tie bars, over the motor or remotely mounted. Extended power cables allow you to make the decision without having to cut your own cables.
Mile Marker ES winches features 19 seals throughout the assembly to keep contaminants outside of the unit.

Mon, 23 Jun 2014CONSUMERS who buy second-hand cars are at risk of unwittingly inheriting debts taken out by the previous owner that could end up with their vehicle being seized, Citizens' Advice is warning. The charity said one in five people who reported a problem to it about “logbook loans”, where a person places their car as security against a loan, ended up having their car repossessed – despite not being the one who borrowed the money. Citizens' Advice warned someone who buys a car which is still the subject of an outstanding logbook loan taken out by a previous owner could end up being chased for the debt – leaving them with the choice of making the repayments or having their vehicle repossessed.
