You are viewing a new old stock sealed gov surplus FMTV communications rack power install kit. It has the main power wire with manual reset breaker and some other wires in a harness plus install hardware, small breaker block and a metal cover to go over the block on the fmtv comm rack that goes behind the passenger seat. Comm rack is not included this is just the power kit with metal cover.
