CUCV Rear Window 1986 M1009 Chevrolet Blazer

 This listing is for one rear Roll down Tail Gate Window out of  a 1986 Military M1009 GMC Blazer. This is out of my own collection of parts that was to be used for 2 vehicle restorations left, At this time, I did not have the time to complete, or any time to do so, it is now being sold here today, It is Original Military issue Armour Plate Mil Spec. Model # E11 Part. Note the wording stencil in the center of the glass., rare for what it is not a aftermarket but the Original as you can see on the glass.

This glass Was out of about 9 trucks one to be of the best that I salvaged from. There are light scratches in it mainly on the center, but are not heavy or deep ones.

 Glass all in all for being the year it is still very clear throughout as you can tell. There are no nicks, cracks, chips anywhere on it. There is only minor oxidation on the bottom metal track. No real pitting or anything, one of the nicest I have come across or found out of many, track is nice and straight throughout as well! The track in the shape that it is shown is no question rare and hard to find at this time...I could not get the best of the area of concern on the glass, I will get better pictures put on as soon as possible, Thank You! The Volvo V60 DRIVe This week we’re out playing with a Volvo DRIVe model, although our car is the S40 DRIVe. DRIVe models are Volvo’s push at all things green (or all things blue if you’re German) and take a regular Volvo and eco the bejesus out of it with stuff like stop-start, low rolling resistance tyres and the plethora of eco-toys car makers use to make the headline economy and emissions unbelievable. The result is a Volvo that drives pretty much the same as any Volvo but which can – as long as you play the eco-driving game – run almost on fresh air, and because cars like this are designed to hit emissions targets on official cycles, they’re also good on stuff like VED and BIK. Millions lie to cut car insurance costs

New research suggests that up to 2.4 million British motorists may be at risk of invalidating their car insurance because they’re not being accurate about the information they provide. Mystery shopping and market research specialist Consumer Intelligence carried out the study, which reveals that one in 12 of us essentially admits to lying to our car insurance companies in an effort to try and save money. Common car insurance myths busted The £1.2m insurance quote: driver quoted £104K a month for old Vauxhall Corsa Although one in five said they made a mistake or did not know the reason, 60% of those queried about their misleading actions said they did so in a blatant attempt to get a lower premium.
