Senna to be honoured by Gran Turismo

FORMULA 1 legend Ayrton Senna is to be honoured by PlayStation franchise phenomenon Gran Turismo to coincide with the 20th anniversary of his death. May 2014 will see the milestone marked by the inclusion of Senna and one of his cars within Gran Turismo 6, after special instruction from the game’s creator and enduring Senna fan, Kazunori Yamauchi. “There were two things that I learned from Ayrton Senna,” he said at the game’s international launch at the Ascari Race Resort in Spain.

New Citroen DS5 Cinemagraph The new Citroen DS5 is rapidly heading towards a showroom near you after its production-ready debut at Frankfurt in December (and its first UK viewing at the Top Gear Live shows this month). So Citroen UK has decided they need to push the marketing on a bit in the run-up to the DS5 actually arriving in the UK and have had a set of  ’Cinemagraphs’ created of the new DS5. Porsche Macan will sell 75,000 a year

The Porsche Macan – Porsche’s more compact SUV, based on the Audi Q5 – looks set to sell at a rate of 75,000 cars a year. The new Porsche Macan - the Porsche Cajun as was -  already looked set to take Porsche sales to another level with projected sales of 45,000 a year from 2013, but it looks like that ambitious target is going to be exceeded. German weekly WirtschaftsWoche is reporting that Porsche’s procurement boss, Uwe-Karsten Staedter, has put Porsche suppliers on notice that they are expecting to sell 75,000 Macans a year by the end of 2013 – an increase of 2/3rds on the original sales predictions.
