The Billet Club is for the car that has it all.  Made of 1 pound of billet aircraft aluminum.  The same ergonomics as the Billy Club series shift knobs but with twice the weight.

In racing and driving, having both hands on the wheel is a critical element for maximum control. Races can be won and lost in the amount of time it takes to get from the wheel, to the shift lever, then back to the steering wheel. Proper driving ergonomics call for a taller than normal shift level to shorten the distance from shift knob to steering wheel.  The Sneed4Speed Billet Club Shift knob accomplishes this by increasing the height of the shift knob.  The higher position allows you to shift quicker and easier with a weighted, ergonomic design.

The new Volvo V40 leaks ahead of a Geneva debut We have the first photo of the new Volvo V40 – leaked from a Swedish Car Magazine –  ahead of its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. And now we get what is almost certainly the first photos of the Volvo V40 that will debut at Geneva.

How Lexus execs rescued the GS sedan

Mon, 22 Aug 2011

Eighteen months ago, Toyota had all but scrapped its plans for the redesigned Lexus GS 350 sedan that was unveiled in Monterey, Calif., last week. At the time, the company was pouring engineering resources into resolving its unintended acceleration crisis and was busy changing quality and safety procedures. Plus, the GS' underwhelming sales in the United States and Europe made for a weak business case against the Mercedes E-class and BMW 5-series.

Cadillac Presidential Limousine

Fri, 23 Jan 2009

President Obama arrived at his inauguration earlier this week in a new Cadillac Presidential Limousine, which includes many of the brand's signature design elements.   As the first all-new Presidential limousine since the 2004 Cadillac DTS built for President George W. Bush, the new car has roughly the same overall footprint as the previous model and similar proportions.
