RETURN POLICY

As Ebay Seller, we will accept all returns that meet the requirement of our RETURN POLICY. We will do all that we can to make the situation right.

If we made a mistake, we Accept Returns
Please, just contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 3 days of delivery. We will happily refund or exchange all items returned in original condition as we send them.

• There is no restocking fee for defective items. 
• We will email return label through Ebay Channel. 
• You must return the item within 3 business days after issuing an RMA.
• All items (e.g. manuals, software, cables, and the original retail packaging) must be returned in shipping box. Any missing contents or the original product box will result in the customer being charged 30% or higher restocking fee.

Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly on the manufacturers packaging.

Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

If we shipped the wrong product, or the product’s conditions (New with Tag or New without Tag) of your purchased  item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time, we pay shipping, otherwise, customer pay all shipping.

Here are the basic steps:
              
    1.          Place the item securely in the original package.
    2.          Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your Ship Confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout.
    3.          All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit.
    4.        Package your item(s) and include the return packing slip with your RMA number in the box. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit.
    5.          Ship the return using the carrier of your preference. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

    6.          We will process your return and issue you a credit. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.  Please note once we initiates the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
