VW Beetle Dune to go on sale in early 2016

The news means that a VW Beetle Dune very like the concept car you see here will be in showrooms in early 2016. The VW board approved the Beetle Dune at a meeting in May 2014, CAR understands.

Mitsubishi readies Outlander plug-in hybrid (2012)

Mitsubishi is set to pull the wraps off the plug-in hybrid version of its Outlander SUV at the 2012 Paris motor show. The enterprising youths of Odd Future live in LA and produce apparel and hit records. They also love their BMWs-- especially the E30-generation 3-series. So, it wasn't a huge surprise to click through the group's Golf Wang Spring/Summer 2014 Lookbook and find photos of a pretty, white E30 M3 serving as a backdrop for the cat-print T-shirts and weird socks.
