You have the option of keeping the back order, or canceling and obtaining a refund if the situation arises. All pictures shown are of the actual item. Generic photos are not used in our auctions. In the event a product is listed with incorrect information, our company shall have the right to refuse and cancel any orders. If payment has been made prior to the auction being canceled, we will submit a refund immediately. We reserve the right to retract any bids for any reason.

Returns: All sales Are Final. In the event a return is allowed, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer must pay for return shipping.

We ship via UPS/FedEx Ground to confirmed PayPal addresses; no exception will be made. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We cannot ship outside of the U.S. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico. The shipping rate listed in the auction is valid for shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. Please contact us to obtain a quote. Products are usually shipped within 2 days upon payment and delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders do not ship on weekends. Tracking information will be updated into eBay when available.
