Before I list an item I power test it if it requires power, if it is a device that I can test I will do so and I will state it in our above caption. All devices that require a special device or specialty experience that I do not have, testing is limited to power testing only. After testing I inspect for physical damage or inconsistencies. If there is any wear outside of the normal of a used item I mark the item to note its damage or excessive wear in the listing. I then place a number of company marks on the board with invisible ink and place security seals on the board to discourage tampering or de soldering of components.
When a buyer initiates a DOA claim I issue them a RMA number and await the return. When the return arrives I inspect the item for my invisible company markings and inspect the security seals for tampering. If either of these are missing or if the seals have been tampered with the warranty is void. I then check the item to see if it works and that all the components are in working order. If the item is DOA or not as listed I will exchange the item for one that is working (if I do not have inventory for exchange I will issue a refund of the purchase only, I do not refund shipping). If the item is in working condition we offer to ship the item back (at the buyer’s expense) or I issue a refund. I only ship USPS Priority and for larger packages Fed ex Ground. The Tourneo Custom – which will take the iconic Transit name in commercial vehicle form – was first unveiled in concept form at the 2012 Geneva motor show and has been confirmed for production. The Transite/Tourneo follows Ford's Kinetic design approach that features on the company's passenger car range, including a sportier stance, bold rising shoulder line, flush glazing, distinctive trapezoidal grille and prominent wheel lips. Available in eight or nine seat configurations as a passenger vehicle, the Tourneo Custom comes in both short and long wheelbase, which measure in at 4,970mm and 5,430mm respectively while the vehicle stands at less than two meters high.
