Aurora, Illinois, United States
Key is used but thankfully not abused. It was a spare key that we grabbed occasionally. I first aquired it for my 2009 Lancer but then stepped up to an outlander. I programmed the key via the instructions in the owners manual. You need to keys to then program a third.
But of course, consult someone more knowledgeable than me. yadi yadi. The key was cut to my car so you will need a new key blank, they sell a few different ones here on ebay, this is just an example, I dont know the one you need. http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Smart-Remote-Key-Keyless-Replacement-Uncut-Blade-Blank-For-Mitsubishi-/271967616169?fits=Year%3A2010%7CMake%3AMitsubishi&hash=item3f52887ca9:g:TIAAAOSwVL1WEswN&vxp=mtr Free ship for us50 via USPS first class mail. Marc Girard appointed head of Interior Design at BMW Cars
Wed, 01 Apr 2009Marc Girard starts his new job as head of the Interior Design department at BMW Automobiles today, taking over the post previously held by Michael Ninic who died unexpectedly last year. His appointment also alleviates some of the pressure put on Adrian van Hooydonk, who has effectively been managing both exterior and interior design departments for BMW Cars as well as acclimatizing to his new role as design director of the BMW Group following Chris Bangle's departure last month. A BMW Group designer for the last 15 years, French-born Girard was most recently team leader for Interior Design at BMW Automobiles, having been promoted from the position of head of interior design at MINI - a role he filled from 2004 to 2006.
Daimler, Renault are set to share vehicle platforms and engines
Wed, 31 Mar 2010Following a year of intensive high-level talks and secretive, behind the scenes strategy meetings, Daimler AG and Renault SA have agreed on plans that will see their car-making divisions--Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Renault and Nissan--share resources on a wide range of products. The move signals more consolidation within the European automotive industry. Daimler chairman Dieter Zetsche and Renault president Carlos Ghosn have set out three primary areas of cooperation that will see the carmakers share small-car and light-commercial-vehicle platforms, small gasoline and diesel engines, and electric drive systems.
