Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X FQ330 SST launched

Mitsubishi has launched the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X FQ330 SST [ad#ad-1] Mitsubishi has decided that there is a hole to fill in its Evo X range, so it has introduced the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X FQ330 SST, to fit in between the FQ300 and the FQ360. Petrol engine choices for the Paceman are the 1.6 litre Cooper Paceman with 122bhp, 0-62mph in 10.4 seconds and 47.1mpg and the Cooper S Paceman with the same 1.6 litre but with 184bhp, 0-62mph in 7.5 seconds and 46.3mpg. There’s also the 218bhp MINI John Cooper Works Paceman that can hit 62mph in a pretty swift 6.9 seconds.

Historically, probably because Jaguar and Land Rover were originally separate entities in the UK, Jaguar UK and Land Rover UK have had their own Managing Directors – until this reshuffle they were Geoff Cousins at Jaguar and Colin Green at Land Rover – but with JLR growing strongly worldwide it was felt it was time to tidy things up. That means the arrival of former Audi UK boss Jeremy Hicks to the fold as the new MD of JLR UK.
