Swapping a mk3 or mk4 transmission into your mk1? Don't want to cut up that floor pan to mount the 02a/02j shift box? Then don't, with our kit you can keep your floor pan and console looking just as stock as the day it was made, while having that modern transmission in your mk1. You will need to keep the relay lever (pictured) from your 020 transmission. Polestar boosts Volvo power with factory software upgrade
Tue, 08 Nov 2011Volvo and its performance arm Polestar have developed tuning software for C30, C70 and S40 cars fitted with the T5 turbocharged engine. It increases power by 23 hp and torque by 29 lb-ft by revising valve and spark timing. The software is compatible with 2008-model-year and newer cars and goes on sale on Nov.
First 2014 Corvette Stingray coupes on the way to dealerships
Wed, 18 Sep 2013Chevrolet reports it has begun shipping the all-new 2014 Corvette Stingray coupe to dealers starting today. The new C7 Corvettes are, of course, assembled at General Motors' Bowling Green Assembly -- about 1,000 Stingrays have been built so far for delivery. Most are expected to be delivered to dealers within the next few weeks.
