Warranty:                   The parts we sell are used and we offer a startup warranty only. Parts must be installed by a certified mechanic. Warranty only applies to parts purchased and does not cover labor costs. Warranty is void if parts are altered or proper maintenance steps are not taken (fluids /timing /filter /water pump and belts must be replaced).

 

Returns:                     We will accept returns within 30 days from the day the item was delivered for a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for the return shipping. If you received a damaged part please keep all packaging material and contact us for further instructions. If there are any issues with the part, contact us so we can resolve any issues. We are human and may make mistakes, if that does happen we appreciate your patience and understanding while we do our best to correct the problem.

 

Shipping:                   We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO contact us for additional shipping charges.) Most of the items we sell are shipped out via UPS Ground. The smaller packages get shipped out via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs. will be delivered by freight.

 

Freight Customers:              When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift or loading dock on site) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise.

 

International Customers:    We do not ship outside of the USA unless this item is being forwarded via the eBay Global Forwarding Program. If this item can be forwarded to your country, additional postage and import charges will be displayed near the top of the page. Many parts are too large, over weight or cannot be imported into your country and won’t be shipped to your country unfortunately.

CAR's Jethro Bovingdon gets in a mess with the Ferrari FF It’s happened to us all on a car review, but not necessarily whilst piloting a £230k Ferrari FF. Ferrari has been hosting a playday in Italy for print media to come and torment the Ferrari FF, to see if its deserves to be a real Ferrari despite its pseudo SUV, Shooting Brake styling. CAR Magazine sent along hack Jethro Bovingdon to fly the CAR flag in Italy, and put together a piece for the magazine and (fortunately for us) a video piece for the website.

Drivers 'concerned' by automatic speed limit technology

THREE QUARTERS of drivers say they are concerned about new technology that automatically changes the speed of a car. These Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) systems are designed to force cars to drive within the speed limit and can automatically reduce a car’s speed without the driver’s input. The Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) says 75% of drivers it asked thought ISA systems would compromise safety, while 78% did not want to see this technology retro-fitted to older cars.
