Shipping:              We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico contact us for additional shipping charges.) Most of the items we sell are shipped out via FedEx Ground.  The smaller packages get shipped out via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs will be delivered by freight.

 

Freight Customers:    When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise.

I know, production cars are usually a letdown compared to the concept, but the A7 didn’t actually have any of those massively mad bits concept cars boast – 24″ wheels, sliding doors, glass everything – it just looked good. Somehow it seems much more lumpy now we get to see the production model.

Last week, we mentioned that the Secret Service was soliciting bids for a new presidential limousine. Among the criteria for a replacement for "The Beast" was the following: "This solicitation is restricted to Major Domestic U.S Automobile Manufacturers, who have their primary headquarters located in the United States of America." Well, with that came the suggestion that Chrysler -- now entirely underneath the banner of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles -- reports to somewhere far, far away from its nominal H.Q. in Auburn Hills, Mich.
