a barn fresh find in original survivor condition.. i will start by saying i know nothing about these cars or trunks. i dont know the exact year or model.. i was told by the estate owners surviving children that it was a Ford motel A or T but they didnt know whitch. im sure any serious bidder will know exactly what they are looking at..obviously a survivor and not perfect but overall very usable. i gave the trunk several knocks w a small hammer and it seems/sounds solid. trunk opens and closes smoothly.latches look decent & arent all rusted up. original black fabric vanier is loose in various corners and bottom. i was going to use heavy duty spray adhesive to snug up the fabric but it is as i fount it.i will leave any cleaning or resto up to the new owner.. upon close inpection there is a faint pattern on the interior trunk lining. there is also a couple strips/sheets of tin/steel loosly attatched to the bottom of the trunk, other than that it is all wood.. look at the detailed images, trunk sold as is as found as shown w no implied warranty or guaranty. no refunds or returns...i would much rather buyer come and local pick up, or i will deliver locally up to 40 miles for $40..this is very large and being made of wood it is a much heavier than a metal trunk..this will be a big job to pack and box for safe transit. when completely packaged for shipping this will be a very large and heavy item..shipping is offered to the USA continental 48 states.. Toyota Etios – teased ahead of India launch +video
Mon, 04 Jan 2010The Toyota Etiso debuts in Delhi this week Toyota has been doing little teases on a new cheap saloon for emerging markets, and we know the plan is to launch the Toyota Etios on the Indian public on Friday (6th January). We also know that the Etios is Toyota’s cheap, mass-market car with which they hope to take on the current market leaders Suzuki (oh, alright, strictly speaking it’s Maruti in India – but it’s the same thing) and it’s going to get the 1.4 diesel out of the Yaris and probably a 1.2 petrol as well. The Etios will appeal to the rising wealth of middle-class India.
Ferrari F150 / F70: Details confirmed

As we’ve already reported today that the McLaren P1′s design is almost the same as the concept P1, we thought we should also report on the latest news on the McLaren’s biggest rival – the Ferrari F70 / F150 – now Ferrari has confirmed more detail. Most of what Ferrari has revealed on their web site (and in the latest edition of the Ferrari Magazine) has already been speculated upon, but now we know from the (prancing) horse’s mouth some of the technical details, as well as the look of the new Ferrari from the recent tease of the F70/F150.
State Farm releases Driver Feedback app

State Farm is releasing its Driver Feedback app, which uses the iPhone's high-tech guts (accelerometer, gyroscope and digital compass) to measure driving habits such as smoothness or aggressiveness during acceleration, frequency and abruptness of braking and how hard you take corners (ahem, BMW owners).
