Caterham plans to expand lineup under new owner, report says

Caterham Cars is growing its sports-car lineup, fueled by new owner Tony Fernandes, according to the Web site of U.K. car magazine Autocar. Fernandes's Team Lotus Enterprise, which owns the Team Lotus Formula One team, also plans to introduce the existing Caterham Seven and SP.300/R models to new markets.

The Scion FR-S Concept - the North American Toyota FT-86 It’s actually starting to look as if Toyota – and Subaru, for that matter – are really going to finally get their respective fingers out and deliver to the market the affordable sports cat they’ve been promising for the last two year. The original Toyota FT-86 surfaced in 2009 with a promise of affordability and fun and we all got quite excited, especially as it was a surprisingly brave move for an increasingly bland and corporate Toyota. But then everything went rather quiet.

It’s rumoured a Fiat 500T is about to launch in the USA, and we perhaps have the first look in a new Fiat 500 commercial. Even though we’re living in a car world that’s more global in its offerings than ever before, there are still significant differences between offerings in different markets. The Fiat 500 in the US offers an Abarth in its range, but just so the colonials don’t get confused it’s badged as the Fiat 500 Abarth rather than Abarth 500.
