I JUST PURCHASED A HUGE INVENTORY OF  AUTO PARTS FROM  A STORE THAT WAS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM ME AND  HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE THE 1930'S. I TOO OWN MY OWN STORE AND HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS  SINCE 1981 SO I KNOW WHAT I AM SELLING- IN OTHER WORDS I AM NOT A PAWN SHOP OR SOMEONE THAT GOES TO AUCTIONS AND BUYS WHATEVER AND THEN HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE SELLING.LOTS OF VINTAGE MOOG FRONT END PARTS- GASKETS-FILTERS-BRAKE PARTS-ETC ETC. ALSO INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST IS SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. BUYERS MUST NOW SIGN FOR WHAT THEY PURCHASE

I just found out that ebay charges all sellers 10% of the shipping cost- so when I refund the excess shipping I will have to deduct it from the refund-I don't charge a handling fee like most due, but I cant afford to pay 10% of the shipping cost on top of the 10% of the items selling cost.I don't make a dime on shipping and actually lose because I hand deliver each box to the post office and pay a fee to park my truck.
I also have the right to cancel a sale if I am out of stock-in other words, I own a full time auto parts store and The items I have listed for sale on ebay are from a shop that went out of business but in the meantime they might have sold during the course of a normal business day and no longer available.

Gordon Murray T25

Mon, 28 Jun 2010

Gordon Murray Design has unveiled the T25 prototype, a car that the company's founder, Gordon Murray, has long talked about as the vehicle that will revolutionize the automotive industry. At just 2400mm long, 1300mm wide and 1600mm high, the T25 occupies a greatly reduced footprint in comparison to a Smart ForTwo or Toyota iQ. The T25 seats three, with a central driver flanked by two rearward passengers, in a formation reminiscent of Murray's most famous work to date – the McLaren F1.

First Sight: Holden Torana concept

Wed, 13 Oct 2004

Holden has stolen the limelight at the opening of the Australian International Motor Show in Sydney, unveiling a ground-up concept car dubbed the Torana TT36. The concept revives a famous Australian nameplate from the 1970s - appropriate since, like the original Torana, it features rear wheel drive and a six cylinder engine. That's where the similarities end, however, as the new Torana's engine is an experimental 280kW/490Nm twin turbocharged version of the new global V6 Holden has begun manufacturing for various parts of the GM world and which will eventually be used by Alfa Romeo.
