Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item but MUST be in the original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless item is not as described, the wrong item, or item is defective. All returns that arrive as described are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this is to cover charges we incurred to sell the item including shipping, eBay's commission, relisting fees etc. There are no returns on electrical parts. Used parts are only returnable if there is an error on our part in the listing otherwise used items are sold as is. Please keep in mind we strive very hard to obtain and keep our 100% rating so purchase with confidence. We are not a huge operation so we will work with you personally to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We accept Pay Pal and will ship within 2 business days of receipt of funds. If you place your order after 4 PM MST on a Friday your item will ship the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. We use UPS or USPS. The free shipping option, if offered, is available only to the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please email for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind the least expensive shipping option is also the slowest and ship times quoted by eBay are not always accurate. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELAYED SHIPPING!! International customers should note that once the item has left the USA for transit to your country it may not again be scanned by the shipper until it has been processed through your customs department. Therefore the tracking capabilities are limited. Shipments overseas can take a minimum of 14-30 business days although there are times it is quicker. A lot depends on customs and this is out of our hands! Also please keep in mind you may be charged customs fees or duties as the item enters your country. This varies from country to country and from item to item. As these are levied after we have shipped the item, we have no control over this, sorry! We cannot mark items as gifts or with a reduced value on customs forms, it is illegal! We strive very hard to make shipping a breeze but please remember we only have so much control over these things and dislike extended waiting times as much as you do! In some cases we can save you on shipping charges by not shipping the items in their "original packaging". At times the items packaging is so bulky, and just garbage anyway, that it takes up space and we have to use a larger box which in turn will cost you more!
