Range Rover Evoque: The 5 Door
Fri, 24 Sep 2010Range Rover Evoque 5 Door As it would have been very difficult to miss, Land Rover dropped a huge amount of bumph on us the other day about the Range Rover Evoque. Mind you, even though we got a huge press release which ran to more pages than we cared to count, and a pile of new photos including interiors for the first time, there’s still a chunk of detail missing. We don’t for example have performance figures, much beyond a 7.1 second 0-60 mph for the 238bhp EcoBoost Evoque.
SEAT Alhambra (2010 / 2011) revealed
Mon, 19 Apr 2010SEAT has revealed the 2011 Alhambra After we had the official reveal of the 2010 VW Sharan last month at Geneva, it’s not a huge shock that we now get the reveal of SEAT’s version of the Sharan – the SEAT Alhambra. We don’t think SEAT had planned on revealing the Alhambra quite yet, but there are undisguised spy shots flying around the Interweb so they obviously decided to be pragmatic and send out some info – and pictures – earlier than planned. Just like the Sharan, the latest Alhambra is an all new job based on VW’s new flexible MQB platform so, just like the Sharan, the Alhambra is wider and longer than the current model, but also weighs less.
Mercedes G 65 AMG & G 63 AMG arrive with G Class updates
Wed, 11 Apr 20122012 Mercedes G Class now includes V8 G63 & V12 G65 Mercedes-Benz reveals the updated G Class for 2012 with two new AMG models – the V8 Mercedes G 63 AMG and V12 Mercedes G 65 AMG. The Mercedes G Class may have been around since dinosaurs walked the planet, but Mercedes don’t want to let it go and with every new tweak they make the G Class gets even more desirable. Which defies logic.
