In order to expedite shipping, please DO NOT send payment with your estimated shipping charges, contact me at the end of auction with the complete shipping address so I can give you the correct S/H/I cost so shipping will not be delayed.

If payment is made by something other than Pay Pal please include item number and item description with payment so shipment is not delayed while matching payment with the correct auction, as we have many auctions running at any given time. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.

Items are shipped within 3 business days or less, most of the time less, after payment clears. Some larger items may take longer due to special packaging and / or other special arrangements. Once the order in the hands of the Carrier, the Seller shall not be responsible for shipping delays. All items valued over $50.00 will be insured and all orders will be sent with delivery confirmation, (Per ebays policies), which the post office charges xtra charges for, so if you feel that our shipping rates are high, keep in mind that we don't make any profit and if the shipping charges are less than what you pay for we issue refunds after all is said and done, (after item is shipped). We do NOT make the prices for the post office, we think that they are too high personally, but as stated, we don't make the prices, they do. So with that said if you do have an issue with the shipping cost please contact us before bidding and we will try to come up with a solution that we can both be happy about! If an item gets delivered to you damaged in transit by carrier please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to proceed from there. Unfortunately the carriers rules not ours are that they have the right to inspect the damaged package before they issue a claim pay. So if this does happen, we have to contact carrier and go thru their proccess before anything else can be done. So no refunds will be given until carrier has inspected the claim and grants payment on it. We appologize in advance for any inconvience this may cause, however we cannot be putting monies out there without getting them back, if that were the case we would no longer be in business!
