I got this out of a 68 charger I bought.the guy said that it came out of a truck and he had both built with mild performance cam..and he put it in charger and never started it up.. I went with a big block in the car so I need to sell.. to me it does look like a new rebuild on engine and transmission . Engine rotates like it should ..and it has new freeze plugs ..all the pulleys are on front with a nice 4 barrel intake..it is a 1982 block..
