Mopar #4179054 Remanufactured Carburetor, Unused In Original Box -exc.!! on 2040-parts.com
Ontario, New York, US
I have an older, Mopar, remanufactured carburetor, that has never been used. It still has the shrink plastic over it. The carb is a 2-barrel model and the part number is R4179054. There is a date of 05/93 0n the box. My father had an old, early, Plymouth Horizon with the 1.7Liter VW engine in it. This may have been bought for that. I am unable to verify it because he passed away last fall.

Quelle surprise. The Golf Blue-e-Motion is a foretaste of VW’s aims to launch the electric Golf on an unsuspecting public in 2013 and was revealed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel (who managed not to get herself in the photo-op above).
New venom for Viper
Wed, 01 Dec 2010It appeared onstage for a few fleeting moments, more phantom than future sheetmetal. But like a ghost that won't go away or a car company that refuses to die, a reborn Viper has been penciled in for Dodge for 2012. A concept version of the next American supercar was shown in September in Orlando, Fla., by Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne to a convention center filled with thousands of people—most of them notoriously talkative car dealers.
