We do offer a 14 day return policy on most of our parts. Return shipping is buys responsibility and will not be refunded to seller. We reserve the right to apply the policy at our discretion. If you destroy the packaging or send the the part back in non resalable condition we will not accept it. As long as the part shows no signs of having been installed (slide marks on the electrical tabs, circles around the screw holes showing where the screw was turned, greasy fingerprints, etc.) And the original package is included and intact. We will accept it back. If it shows signs of being installed or otherwise causes us to have to sell it as "used" we reserve the right to refuse or decrease the amount we refund to you.
All of our parts are new but have been in a dealership inventory before we got them. Therefore some of the boxes or original packaging may be slightly scuffed, dirty, or show other signs of having been handled or stored. I assure you all of the products and parts will be new and in perfect condition, ready to put into service.
