You are looking at a pair of small bolt pattern Mopar rally center caps. These were restored approximately 12 years ago and stored in a climate controlled shop. The restoration included stripping the paint, cleaning edges, repainting, and affixing new center brushed discs. All threaded mounting tabs appear to have good threads. The Aston Martin Virage always seemed a bit of a stretch too far for Aston Martin, and so it has proved.
