This auction is for a nice condition used 383 Engine Oil Dipstick And Tube that I beleve came off of a 1970- through 1974 E-Body Barracuda or Challenger.  It was purchaced in a box of MOPAR parts and the rest of them were from Barracuda and Challenger cars.  It measures apx 26 inches long and the tube is 16  inches long and the mounting bracket is 7 inches down from the top of the tube and 1 inch wide, so check your application to be sure, although I see from the MOPAR Parts book that it also fits other year Plymouth, and Dodge B,J,R,and W.  This application would include Barracuda, Cuda, Challenger, Challenger R/T, Charger, and SE, Coronet Super Bee, Road Runner, Belvedere, Satellite, and Sport Satellite.   Please measure your application to be sure.  This Dipstick and tube is in very nice used condition and is Very Usable.  Please see my other auctions as I may be able to combine the shipping and handling charges on this auction with some of my other won auctions if not overweight, oversize, or otherwise noted.  Good luck bidding and have fun.

Bentley will return to top-level motorsport

Fri, 12 Aug 2011

Bentley will return to top-level motorsport, new chief executive Wolfgang Durheimer has revealed. Bentley pulled out of racing after its 2001-2003 stint at Le Mans, culminating in an outright win in its last year at the 24-hour race. But Durheimer, who was previously Porsche's R&D chief and who now runs the Volkswagen Group's entire motorsport division, is keen that Bentley will return to the track and revive Crewe's long and storied motorsport history.

Holden VF Commodore Calais V Concept

Mon, 11 Feb 2013

Holden has unveiled its new Calais V luxury sports concept, previewing the future design director of the carmaker's VF Commodore, which will be sold in the US as the Chevrolet SS. The halo car of GM's Australian arm is a clear evolution of the outgoing model, with an emphasis on greater percieved quality in order to appeal on a global scale. "You'll notice that the hood is more prominent, with a centre crease that emphasises performance potential and two raking spears sweeping in from the A-pillars," says Richard Ferlazzo Holden Chief Designer - Creative Design.

Trailer full of 2014 Corvette Stingrays spotted on the road

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

If you're a Corvette fanatic dying to take delivery of that C7 you've placed an order on, take heart: There's a vehicle transporter laden with 10 (or is it 11?) 2014 Stingray coupes roaming the American southwest. Submitted by Autoweek reader Dan Becker, the photo doesn't tell us much about the car, but at this point we're all fairly well-versed in the details. Two different five-spoke wheels are visible -- most are black but we see at least one shiny set -- but beyond that, nothing is visible; the cars' tight wrappings don't even betray a sliver of the colors underneath.
