Tue, 19 Jun 2012

The new Skoda Rapid – designed to sit in between the Fabia and Octavia – has been revealed ahead of a UK launch in November. The concept will be officially unveiled next week, but CAR has already been to the company’s Stuttgart base for a sneak preview.

TVR sold

Thu, 22 Feb 2007

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 22 February 2007 10:30 Russian businessman Nikolai Smolenski is back in charge of the failed TVR business - and looks set to move production abroad. The Russian businessman bought TVR in 2004 for around £15m, but sales stalled and the Blackpool factory crashed into administration at Christmas time.
