New, factory Chrysler OEM part number 2946052 “twist-in” style chrome oil fill cap was used on 1970+ H.P. engines in ‘A’ bodies, ‘B’ bodies, ‘E’ bodies and ‘C’ bodies; letter “S” embossed on top of rivet head. Fits any stamped steel Mopar valve cover that has provision for a “twist-in” oil cap; fits valve cover up to aprox. ¼” thick where cap installs. 2 factory Chrysler grommets included are for PCV valve and valve cover “breather”. Shipping $ 7.55 via Priority Mail; insurance available for $ 1.35. We ship purchases twice weekly, Wednesday’s and Saturday’s.

But there’s another corner of Maranello’s R&D skunkworks which is developing V6 power for future sports cars. We do not have official confirmation yet, but intelligence indicates that the new twin-turbo V6 is a 2.9-litre unit, designed to be long-term street-legal and affordable in big growth markets such as China.

Volkswagen is banking on the fuel-saving properties of a new gasoline-electric hybrid drivetrain and what it describes as a wholesale improvement in quality levels to bolster North American sales of its second-generation Touareg. This new Touareg represents VW's first foray into the premium-hybrid-SUV market, which includes gasoline-electric entries from BMW, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Cadillac, among others. Further competition will come from a similarly powered version of the new Porsche Cayenne, alongside which the new Touareg was developed.

In an age when we’re use to car makers extending their ranges on an almost daily basis, Renault are going the opposite way by cutting four models from their range of cars in the UK. Out will go the Wind Roadster, the Espace, the Modus, the Kangoo and even the car that most would think of as one of Renault’s best selling models – the Laguna.
