For sale is a Mopar interior floor carpet. Chrysler part number 4083106. Our parts books show this fits a 1978 Dodge Ramcharger. The color is red. The carpet appears to be in new condition, however, we are are selling it as "new other" because the markings on the box indicate this carpet MAY HAVE BEEN replaced in a new vehicle because of a flaw in the carpet. Note the photo that shows the flaw (cut) in the carpet as pointed by the finger. We are a franchised Chrysler dealer that was in business for more than 75 years, from 1933-2009. Ford creates ‘driver workload estimator’ to reduce driver distraction
Tue, 10 Jul 2012Ford researchers have created a ‘driver workload estimator’ help reduce driver distraction by filtering infotainment and communication distractions. Researchers at Ford are working on a system that would use information submitted by the vehicle and the driver's body to prioritize what information can be displayed and at what time. With the ever-increasing demand for advanced infotainment systems, the chance of driver distraction has also risen as more displays and controls are integrated into the latest models.
Lotus to build Ethos mini with Proton, Elan delayed

The new Lotus city car will be called the Ethos, continuing a long tradition of E-names for products from Hethel. So it’s no wonder SEAT has decided to bite the bullet and launch an Estate version of the Leon – the Leon ST – as the third model in the Leon line-up. The ST estate shares its wheelbase with the five-door Leon but gets a small – and reasonably stylish – shed bolted on the back to offer 587 litres of space with the seats down and a reasonably commodious 1470 litres with the seats down.
