Morse Marine Dual Lever Throttle Transmission Controls For Sailboat on 2040-parts.com

US $200.00
Location:

Kingston, Ontario, Canada

Kingston, Ontario, Canada
Condition:Used Brand:Morse Marine

This is a genuine Morse Marine dual lever throttle and transmission control for a sailboat. Typically used for a sailboat inboard engine. The whole assembly was taken apart, all of the old grease was removed and everything was cleaned and reassembled using a synthetic marine grease. The grease is mostly for corrosion since the shafts have plastic or teflon inserts to keep them moving easily. This also includes the hardware for the cables that you hook up to this unit. They are mounted on the controller plate that comes with it. All of the chrome is pitted after years of use but looks good overall. You may be able to buff it out some more or just replate it. All threads have been cleaned and chased with a tap/die to make sure they work well.

These are difficult to find and new ones are $600 and up. These are a vintage unit and very heavy duty and were built to last and because of that they should last for many more years. I don't think that you will be disappointed with these. The only blemish is the pitted chrome. If you want more information or pictures of this, just ask!

Shipping is $20 in the US and Canada because of the weight of the unit. I will consider shipping to other countries nut please ask first!

These are being sold AS IS because they are completely solid, cleaned and lubed and really can't have anything wrong with them unless damaged in shipping
