This is a IMO - MORSE Dual / Twin Shifter - Model # 308602... It was originally purchased to install in a RIB with twin outboards, but was not used.  It does have some residue from the original installation but comes with a small parts kit and template.  One "red" round shift knob was on it and will be included, but other knobs can be ordered cheaply.
