Moto Guzzi V11 (1100) Engine Crash Bar. This came off a 1999 California Bassa with 6K miles on it.  I bought the bike from the widow. She took the bike away from the old biker because she figured he was too unstable to ride any more.

CONDITION:

  • The bar is NOT bent but it does have ROAD RASH on both sides (as shown in the photos) from couple low speed lay downs by previous owner.
  • There is surface rust which can be cleaned with a rust remover - but once mounted will hardly be noticeable as is. (as shown in the photos)
This should fit many years of the V11 and many version of the cruiser style frame, California, Bassa, Jackal, etc. Please only bid if you can use it as it is or even clean up the chrome. I had another bike which had road rash on both sides and I wrapped around the rash area with automotive radiator hose & I even got compliments on it! Got the idea from "Ride Like A Pro" Video training series where they used the rubber on the tubing when practicing picking the bike up after a spill. Anyway just an idea.

What is it? The 2014 Camaro Z/28 is the most track-capable Chevrolet Camaro to date from the factory. Everything done to the car is in an effort to shave lap times.

Skoda Yeti UK Prices

Sat, 18 Jul 2009

Skoda has released UK prices and specifications for the Yeti The Skoda Yeti is a much better bet than the recently announced Skoda Fabia Scout – a butched-up Estate with two wheel drive – as it is the real deal, with proper four-wheel drive and the ability to actually do at least a decent amount of soft-roading and, in all probability, make a decent fist of some rougher stuff too. Admittedly, to keep headline prices low, there are two-wheel drive versions too, and these are the bargain priced ones – starting from £13,750 – but you”ll have to pay a fair chunk more to get a full 4×4 – prices on the Skoda Yeti 4×4 start at £17,170 for the 2.0 litre TDi Yeti S. Even the entry-level Yeti E comes with Aircon and remote locking, and the extras add up as you go through the range.

70% of premium brand cars stolen are taken with the car’s own keys

Thu, 03 Apr 2014

High-end SUVs – like the new Range Rover (pictured) are a prime target for car key thieves There was once a time when all it took to steal a car was a wire coathanger and the ability to hotwire the ignition. But as car makers have got better at securing the second most expensive asset most of us will ever own, car thieves have had to look for a different approach, and that approach is increasingly to relieve owners of the keys to their pride and joy. Cobra – the vehicle tracking firm – are reporting that a massive 70 per cent of all premium brand cars stolen in 2014 – with an average value of £40k, up £6k on 2012 – are being parted from their owners using that owners keys.
