Genuine Moto Morini Granpasso 1200 Engine Motor Moteur Motore 20.700KM

I bought the bike from Germany from its first owner, who had a bad attempt of a wheelie and turned upside down with the bike. He got hospitalized and gave up motorcycles. The motorcycle got damaged on the tail side mostly. The engine starts and works perfectly, as it should. The clutch cover was slightly scratched and a small crack that could not be seen and it had a small oil leak through there. I replaced the clutch cover with an original one so the engine is untouched, with no damage, as I said it functions perfectly. It has 20.700 km but it doesn't have the slightest problem. The bike had no serious damage but it was not worth repairing as you can imagine, as the parts are hard to find and very expensive.

The engine comes complete with all covers, clutch, starter, throttle bodies, coils, airbox, water hoses, fuel line/hose, like the one from the last 4 photos. Unfortunately I don't have photos with the engine only as it is still fitted on the motorcycle (The one from the last 4 photos is a Scrambler one which I already sold). The engine that is for sale is the engine from the motorcycle that is shown in the first 8 photos.

The motorcycle is from 06.2009.

*Its CDI/ECU - optional for £200.

                                                                                     Happy bidding!

I have never shipped an engine internationally so I cannot give an exact shipping price but I estimate that the shipping to Europe would be somewhere under £250. I will not charge anything for packing and handling, the buyer will have to pay just for the shipping.
I would like to ask the buyer not to make the payment until I confirm the exact shipping price (It might take a day or two until I get quotes from carriers - I would need a delivery address for this!).
I will ship the engine worldwide, without exceptions!
You are welcome to come collect the engine personally or to arrange for a carrier to come collect it.

Spyker B6 Concept teased for Geneva

Wed, 20 Feb 2013

Spyker is teasing the B6 Concept for the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, which is probably Spyker’s take on the Porsche 911. A couple of weeks ago we reported that Victor Muller has new plans for Spyker and would be turning up at the Geneva Motor Show in March with a new concept. Now, Spyker has revealed a teaser image for the Geneva Concept – the Spyker B6 (pictured above) – which we’re assuming is the Spyker take on the Porsche 911, probably built on a shorter version of the Aileron’s platform and powered by…who knows what?

Obama's second term: More EVs, safety

Wed, 07 Nov 2012

President Barack Obama's second term likely will include a return to an agenda of support for electric vehicles and also could clear the way for new rules on tailpipe emissions and auto safety that his appointees have been eager to release. Obama's fellow Democrats retained control of the Senate, while Republicans kept their House majority In his victory speech, Obama said he plans to meet with Republican challenger Mitt Romney in coming weeks to discuss ways to move the country forward. He also saluted Romney's father, George, who once ran American Motors, a company absorbed by Chrysler in 1987 and whose Jeep became a flashpoint during the campaign.

One Lap of the Web: made in West Germany...with pride!

-- Out of all the viral social media trends that 24-hour news agencies love to fret over, easily the best is #burnoutnomination -- where you do a burnout and tag an unwitting victim, whereupon they have to perform it in 24 hours or face copious shame and embarrassment. Porsche racer and director Jeff Zwart was recently tasked with burnout duty. Never one to shy away from The Awesome, he recorded a fantastic burnout in his Porsche 914/6.
