Payment

• Checkout must be completed within 4 days of the close of auction.  If payment isn't received within this time period, the order may be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

• Paypal is our preferred form of payment.  For non-Paypal members, you may also be able to use Paypal as a guest.

• Sales tax will be charged on all purchases terminating within the State of Pennsylvania.  This includes all pick-ups.  If you would like to pick-up this item, please call us to have the shipping charge removed from your invoice.

Shipping

We are open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm EST except during the typical holidays.  Most items will be sent during normal business hours two days after receipt of the order and payment.   Some items will ship via USPS, while heavier items or pallet quantities will ship via UPS ground.  Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska would cost extra.  

Shipping Details:

•     Shipping is not available outside the lower 48 United States.  We do not accept international orders.  If you are outside the US and interested in a transaction, please call our office. 

• No packaged may be shipped to a P.O. Box.

• All packages without a signature verification requirement for our customer's convenience.

•     Customers shipping packages to apartments, condos or locations where theft might occur should make special arrangements for their items.   As a customer making a purchase from Power Pro Battery you, the buyer, release Power Pro Battery of all responsibility of lost or stolen items after delivery.   A recommended best practice is to ship the package to your apartment or condominium's administration office.  Items are normally shipped out within 3 business days (excl. Sat, Sun, and holidays) after payment confirmation.  Fragile, bulky, or heavy items may take longer. 

• We will ship to U.S. addresses ONLY and the address must match credit card bill or Paypal registered.  Signature confirmation is automatically required for shipment over $250. 

Returns AND Warranty Policy

• Buyers may return any product within 30 days of your order date.  Motobatt batteries carry a one year warranty.  If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for further instructions.  Seller is to pay for all return shipping and all items must be returned in original packaging.  If an item is sent back in anything other than the original packaging, we have the right to refuse the return.   

• Power Pro Battery is not liable for damage that occurs as a result of improper installation or abuse. Items that are damaged as a result of installation or abuse are non-returnable. We are not responsible for expenses such as labor, towing, car rental, lodging, etc. that may be incurred as the result of a defective or damaged item.  It is the responsibility of the installer to verify the fit of any and all parts prior to installation.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and all return orders will be charged a 10% restock fee.

• An item is eligible to be returned if it has been grossly misrepresented (or not as described).  To do this, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (717) 664-5033 or click on the "Ask a question" link on the auction page. 

• We aim for a 5-star rating in all categories of the detailed seller ratings.  Because we care about your satisfaction and would like an opportunity to resolve any problem, if you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before leaving a feedback.
