Not just rebuilt, this is a factory remanufactured Motorcraft 4300 four barrel. This COLLECTOR carburetor is original equipment on 1973-74 JEEPS AND AMC passenger cars with 360 and 401 cid V-8 engines. This is a complete assembly including ID TAG thermostatic choke, throttle lever, AT kickdown post, and mounting gasket. The Motorcraftr production number is ETA4 EB. We had a tease for the all new Volvo V40 back in December (actually, there has been another since, but it was nothing but a black shape so we ignored it) and we’ve had spy video of the V40 too (although we still thought it would be the V30 then). And now we get what is almost certainly the first photos of the Volvo V40 that will debut at Geneva.
General Motors board recommends selling Opel to Magna-led group
Thu, 10 Sep 2009General Motors Co.'s board has decided to support selling a majority stake in Opel to a group led by Canadian auto parts giant Magna. The move caps weeks of high-stakes maneuvering on both sides of the Atlantic that saw nationalism, labor issues and--perhaps most critical to GM, the use of its technology--all come into play. Magna and Russian lender Sberbank will get a 55 percent interest in Opel, the linchpin of GM's European operations for 80 years, as well as its British sister brand Vauxhall.
