Compare my prices to other Daytona Dealers on Ebay or the web REGARDING A RECENT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: As a seller with an excellent feedback record I want to comment on negative feedback received on 3-20-13. This particular buyer made this comment in his or her feedback, not my spelling by the way. "Helment is not dot approve.need to specified". This buyer clearly bought the carbon fiber novelty (item #230932389897) helmet and it was described as a novelty helmet numerous times in the description. At no time did the buyer notify me that the order was placed wrong and want to exchange it for the DOT rated, he or she simply left negative feedback. I pleaded with ebay under the seller protection plan to reverse this without sucess. The only other negative feedback I have ever received was for a different product that I was introducing. Unfortunately the manufacturer raised the price on me without notice and I was forced to cancel the order. I put the buyer in touch with another dealer that could provide the product at a good price. NHTSA investigates fuel-tank problem with 2004 Chevrolet Corvettes
Tue, 18 May 2010The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened an investigation into a potentially leaky fuel-tank problem with the 2004 Chevrolet Corvette. The investigation was launched on May 12 and covers an estimated 33,000 Corvettes. There have been 30 reports from consumers alleging either leaking liquid or fuel vapor coming from a tank, NHTSA said.
Safety probe: BMW 7-series rolling away in 'park'
Tue, 09 Aug 2011The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating a potential problem with BMW 7-series sedans of not properly shifting into park. The issue sparked NHTSA's concern when it received a complaint that a 2006-model-year 7-series rolled away after the owner parked and exited the vehicle. BMW also submitted similar incident reports in which other 7-series cars rolled away from their owners.
