Return policy details:It is your responsibility to make sure the part fits the application prior to purchase and installation. Feel free to contact us PRIOR to making your purchase with any questions about fitment, measurements, or compatibility.
If Zoom Cycle sent you the wrong part in error, we will gladly accept the item as a return, as long as it is uninstalled and unused. Contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order to report a mistake or shortage in your order, and we will be happy to help you.
New parts, as long as they are still unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging, may be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order. We can issue you a refund, but we reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for any return. The buyer is responsible for all charges incurred for the cost of return shipping. Buyer must contact us within fourteen days of receiving their order to initiate a return.
If a part is damaged upon delivery, notify us immediately and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE PART if you expect to return it. If you receive a product with a defect, which is obvious to the eye, the alleged defective part should be returned, and either a replacement will be sent out, or a refund will be issued once the item is returned. A replacement will not be sent out until Zoom Cycle has received the item in question, and our technical support staff has inspected it.
In the event that you receive a damaged item that is unsafe to ship back to us (for example: mirrors with broken glass), please contact us within fourteen days to notify us. We ask that you do NOT ship back any unsafe damaged item. We will be happy to replace the item at no charge to you, but ask only that you take a picture of the unsafe damaged item to send us as proof of your claim before we send you a replacement. We reserve the right to offer you a full refund in lieu of an exchange in the event that the item in question is out of stock at the time of the replacement.
We do NOT accept returns on USED, MODIFIED, or INSTALLED parts.
Damage incurred while your order is in transit is rare, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please save all packing material and contact us immediately.
If your order qualifies for a return, contact us for an RMA number and further instruction. After you receive your RMA number, please make sure to clearly print it on the outside of the box, and package your return securely before you ship it back to us. We will provide you with the return address when we issue you an RMA number. We reserve the right to refuse any items sent back to us without an RMA number.

Ford Motor Co. will introduce its smallest turbocharged engine yet next year, and on the horizon are even tinier engines--including two- and three-cylinder versions, the automaker's powertrain chief said Monday. Barb Samardzich, Ford vice president of powertrain engineering, said two- and three-cylinder engines and engines with displacements of 1.0 liter or below are possible.

American car collector Peter Read has commissioned a pair of Zagato-bodied Aston Martins that coincide with the British marque's centenary. The DBS Coupé Zagato Centennial and DB9 Spyder Zagato Centennial are the hard- and soft-top siblings are the latest in a long line of collaborations between the two companies. But while many have been – an admittedly more exuberant – expression of contemporary Aston design language, the Centennials have a stronger individual identity with an almost sedan-like aesthetic with forward-leaning noses and long Kamm tails.
