PRICE DROP DIRT CHEAP hello all, thanks for viewing,

item for sale here is a racing radiator fully prepped and customized more specifically for yamaha applications [R1 / R6].
With higher horsepower applications, track days, high temp slow traffic, and warm climate areas, Yamaha's are notorious for sub par performing radiators that can not cope on a more or less flawless motorcycle build.  The small, heavy and bulky stock radiators found on R1's & R6's hold back what are generally perfect motorcycles, especially when other variables like weather, temp, and riding application come into play.

This radiator started life as a widely great $300 - 2008 CBR 1000RR radiator, with the $500 in separate yamaha radiator cores and custom fabrication labor this quickly turn into a near $1000 value like other racing radiator(s) for just a fraction of that either way. The CBR 1000rr radiator has to be the base because it ousts the Yamaha radiators across the board.  It is very large, nearly double the surface cooling area, a lower drag coefficient increasing mpg, and lighter in weight than the Yamaha radiators.  This racing radiator has borrowed from the traditional yamaha mounting parts as well has been professionally tig aluminum welded to use the same inlet / outlets allowing it to fit nearly and yamaha sportbike without modification.

mounting this radiator is a custom job since every application is different and may require some modification or slight trimming up either side or bottom fairings to allow the much larger CBR radiator to fit yamaha's.
with this radiator high temp header wraps must be used in conjunction to keep the scorching headers from melting / damaging / ruining this very expensive, custom, one of a kind radiator, please take good care of it!!!!

once mounted as a general rule of thumb, testing it previously on a cooler night approximately 60 65 degrees a 2003 R1 with this mounted will hold 156 deg water temp, while stock would level at 170 deg plus.  at the track this will as well keep a normally borderline overheating bike happy, cool, and powerful for countless days to come.
keep in mind this radiator cannot be used in cold weather or must be with extreme caution as it will freeze yamaha engines, it will keep the SO cool they wont warm up to 150+ running temps.
we all know heat kills both engines and as well robs horsepower.  keeping an engine 20 deg cooler in summer temps while other bikes are sweating & dying saves you 3-5 horsepower comparing water temps 220+ when fans turn on vs ~ near 180 deg

also if needed check my eBay store for matching CBR 1000rr fan with prices cheaper than all others in working condition of course.

- Happy bidding!!

2013 Hyundai Santa Fe UK: Price, Spec, new photos & video

Thu, 04 Oct 2012

With the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe about to go on sale (October 15th) we have new UK photos and video and full Santa Fe details. So with the new Santa Fe about to go on sale we though we’d update the details and publish new photos and video for the UK (although there are no swooning beauties in the UK Santa Fe Video – unlike the Dutch one). Hyundai say that their aim with the new Santa Fe was to build on the existing package (which, let’s face it, was a cheapĀ alternativeĀ to the offerings from the likes of BMW, Land Rover et al) but add in better looks, better technology and lower running costs.
