The "Ambassador" Goldwing Motorcycle fit any model GL1800 from 2001-2010. Our hitch is similar to the Bushtec hitch but we have improved upon. After installing and using the hitch I bought from them I discovered a minor design flaw. There receiver is too short so when your pulling a trailer the weight is not properly distributed causing it not to pull 100% true.

When pulling my trailer on the hwy at speeds of 60mph and over I noticed a floating feeling. I began to do some research and found others were experiencing the same issue when not pulling a trailer made by Bushtec. So if you own, or plan on buying a trailer other than Bushtec our hitch is the best option because I designed the Ambassador hitch to be used with trailers that have a straight tongue opposed to a bent tongue like Bushtec.
