This is a new item in the package. I opened the box but did not want to open the sealed bag that the pedal is in. Sealed package never been opened. Please ask questions before purchasing. Also a hand remote. The hand remote seems to be missing the cheap little lanyard that comes with these so I add a new motorguide lanyard.
Both items are new.
Please ask questions before purchasing.
Thank you and happy safe boating.
